29th Cornelio Faigao Workshop Fellows Announced

      The USC Cebuano Studies Center is pleased to announce the thirteen (13) fellows to the 29th Cornelio Faigao Memorial Annual Writers Workshop 2013 at Hale Manna Resort, Moalboal, Cebu from October 25-27, 2013. 

      From Cebu, the fellows are Vitalino Aton Jr., Trizer Dale Mansueto, Lorenzo Niñal, Liean Jane Rama, and Angie Utadora (short story in Cebuano); Jesulito Kuan (poetry in English and Cebuano); Julius Ceballos and Adonis Enricuso (poetry in Cebuano); and Julius Cesar Cudera (poetry in English). 

      Coming from Tacloban are Kenneth Alvin Cinco and Carmie Flor Ortego (poetry in Cebuano). Fellows from Dumaguete City and Iloilo City are Deil Jossaine Galenzoga and Norman Darap, respectively (short story in English).

      This year’s esteemed workshop panelists are Dr. Ralph Semino Galan, Dr. Victorio Sugbo, Mr. Harold Mercurio and Ms. Charmaine Carreon. They will be joined by CFMAWW coordinator, Dr. Hope Sabanpan-Yu, Mr. Charles Dominic P. Sanchez, deputy workshop coordinator, Mr. Raphael Dean Polinar and Mrs. Erlinda Braga, workshop secretariat.
