BIOGRAPHY
Escolastico Moree, also known as Errome and Dimas Upak, was born February 10, 1888. Morre studied at the Colegio de San Carlos. He was editor of Ang Suga and wrote poems for the periodical during the first two decades of the century. He visited fellow Cebuano writer Vicente Sotto in Hong Kong and travelled through Tokyo and Yokohama. He was assigned in Mindanao when he was justice of peace in 1918. The writer died on March 27, 1921.
